My Higher Self & Me ~ I meditate every day & part

My Higher Self & Me ~
I meditate every day & part of my practice, I ask my higher herself to sit within my being to help me integrate her more to support grounding and deepen my intuition / guidance.

Earlier this week my heart, like many, was heavy with deep empathy for the collective pain in the world, alongside my own grief.

That day she didn’t come into my body fully like she normally does, instead she sat behind me & wrapped her arms around me.

This is my painting of my experience 🤲🏽 🩵
