While pregnant with her first child, Rosalind Miller, one of Zakee’s long-time friends and collaborators, photographed a series of plants and flowers representing growth, form, beauty and health. To these, Zakee added sacred geometric shapes and fine line drawings, combining the naturally occurring patterns found in the flowers with precise, but also inherently organic, geometric patterns.
