Mark‑Making for Shared Healing with Zakee Shariff – Sun, 18 May 2025 11:00 – 12:30 BST

In this workshop, we’ll explore the power of art as a tool for healing and connection—no artistic experience required. You don’t need to know how to draw or paint; this is about expression, not perfection. Through simple mark-making and guided reflection, we’ll create a space where everyone can show up just as they are.

What to Expect:

Theme Introduction & Connection
We’ll begin by introducing a theme and inviting gentle sharing around it. This helps us ground into the session, build community, and connect with one another in a meaningful way.

Creative Expression (No Art Experience Needed!)
Next, we’ll move into a freeform drawing and painting session. This isn’t about creating a masterpiece—it’s about letting go, expressing feelings, and exploring your inner world through simple, intuitive marks. You’ll be supported every step of the way.

Sharing & Reflection
After we create, we’ll take time to reflect. You’ll be invited (never pressured) to share your experience or insights. I’ll guide a thoughtful, open discussion to deepen the process and support personal growth.
